Assembly instructions for silicone hoses:
Make sure the bike is cold and free of pressure and drain the system, identify all hoses with those mounted on the bike, then remove and replace one at a time.
Make sure the pipes are in the right direction and do not freeze or dirty other parts. Tighten the clamps to 3 to 3.5 Nm. Fill the system with the specified coolant mixture and purge the system according to the manufacturer's instructions. If in doubt, consult a professional for installation.
