To correctly install a Stahlbus® bleeder screw, first remove the original bleeder screw, then screw the valve onto the brake cylinder.

Next, open the top part slightly (half a turn) and operate the brake/clutch lever or pedal to expel all air bubbles.

With each press, the check valve opens and allows fluid to escape, then automatically closes as soon as you release, preventing any air from entering.

Once the bleeding and fluid exchange are completed, tighten the screw half a turn to secure sealing and don’t forget to replace the protective cap.
