For a significant time gain in competition, IRC Up&Down shifters reduce the non-acceleration time of your rear wheel during gear changes. At full throttle on a straight line, you will no longer need to reduce the throttle and use the clutch to shift gears in either direction, then disengage before accelerating again. A very quick maneuver, but one that can still cost you precious seconds on the stopwatch.

With this cutting-edge equipment, you simply press the selector and stay focused on your race. Sensors detect the pressure change and handle the micro cut-off and gear shift. The Blipper does all the work.

Mounting advice for the IRC Up&Down Shifter Ducati PANIGALE 899 959 1199

The IRC shifter is plug and play. Warning: the blipper harness must be connected to the ignition coils and not the injectors! You will also need the proper rod for the selector.

Note: If your bike is equipped with a stock quickshifter, replace the sensor with the one supplied with the blipper. 

If your bike has a reversed rearset, you must check the rod length and use one adapted to your rearset brand, if it does not provide a suitable rod. Then simply invert the sensor’s operating direction. All sensors are push and pull, so you just need to adjust the CE (compression/extension) parameter as required.
