MOTUL Racing Brake Fluid RBF 700 is a high performance synthetic brake fluid developed to provide maximum consistency and braking power at the extreme temperatures generated by carbon or ceramic brakes in racing and competition use. By allowing the reduction of brake cooling air inlets, it improves aerodynamic drag.
Suitable for conventional brakes with steel discs. Suitable for hydraulic clutch controls. RBF 700 meets the DOT 4 standard which allows the fluid to be used in high performance vehicles in road applications.

Extremely high thermal resistance and stability:
The very high boiling point (336°C / 637°F) of MOTUL RBF 700 FACTORY LINE is higher than conventional DOT 5.1 (260°C / 500°F min.) and DOT 4 (230°C / 446°F min.) fluids, and therefore maintains braking efficiency even when the brakes are under extreme load. Improved aerodynamic performance of cars by reducing brake cooling air inlets.
Wet weather efficiency:
The very high wet boiling point (205°C / 401°F) of MOTUL RBF 700 FACTORY LINE is higher than conventional DOT 5.1 (180°C / 356°F min.) and DOT 4 (155°C / 311°F min.) fluids, and allows full braking efficiency to be maintained in wet weather. DOT 3, DOT 4 and DOT 5.1 brake fluids have the property of absorbing moisture from the air, which lowers the boiling point and increases the risk of "vapor lock" or "spongy braking". The wet boiling point is measured after moistening the product with 3% water.
ADVICE FOR USE
Avoid mixing with polyglycol based brake fluids. Do not mix with mineral based fluids (LHM) and silicone based fluids (DOT 5 silicone based). Chemical product aggressive to hands, paints and varnishes. In case of skin contact, rinse thoroughly.
