Manufacturing of Moto Vision carbon motorcycle parts

The parts are made of genuine carbon fiber, featuring an outer layer of carbon and two inner layers of fiberglass.
We use a high-quality ANTI-UV varnish that provides a brilliant and flawless finish. The inside of the part is painted matte black. The weave is precisely done to ensure an aesthetic pattern and excellent coverage.

Moto Vision designs its different carbon parts from steel molds made from the original fairings. The products are handcrafted. Each piece is designed to be identical to the original, ensuring easy and quick installation on the original mounting points.

The parts are available in gloss or matte finish, with different weaves:

Twill Carbon

Easily recognizable by its very fine and tight weave, which ensures good impact resistance. The film is then placed in a mold with thermosetting polymer resin. When drying, the carbon takes its final shape.The aesthetic result is highly appreciated, with its oblique line pattern.

Plain Carbon (Taffetas)

This is somewhat the classic weave pattern, with its regular crossing of two threads. It creates a checkerboard weave with a timeless effect, perfect to enhance the vintage look of a café racer project.

Forged Carbon

Created using a unique manufacturing technique that mixes carbon fragments with resin.
