Mat Carbon Tank Cover Aprilia RSV4 RR/RF 2011–2013 is delivered without screws or mounting hardware. The holes are already drilled into the carbon fairings.

Carbon Parts Manufacturing by Moto Vision
The parts are made from genuine carbon, with an outer carbon layer and two inner layers of fiberglass.
We use a high-quality UV-resistant varnish that ensures a deep gloss and flawless finish. The interior is painted matte black. The weave is carefully made to ensure an aesthetic, well-covered pattern.
Moto Vision designs its carbon parts using steel molds based on OEM fairings. The products are handcrafted. Each part is built to replicate the original, ensuring easy and quick installation on the stock mounting points.
Discover Moto Vision’s Carbon Weaves
The parts are available in gloss or matte varnish, with different weaves:
Twill Carbon (Sergé)
Easily recognized by its tight and fine weave, providing strong impact resistance. The film is placed in a mold with a thermosetting polymer resin. Once cured, the carbon retains its final shape. The result is a striking diagonal-line pattern appreciated for its aesthetics.
Plain Carbon (Taffeta)
A traditional weave with a regular crossing of two threads. The checkerboard effect creates a vintage appearance, perfect for café racer builds.
Forged Carbon
Produced using a unique process involving chopped carbon pieces mixed with resin.
