Benefit of a Jetprime additional ECU unit

The OEM ECU is programmed to comply with regulations (emissions, noise), ensure reliability and provide versatile riding. The OEM ECU controls everything – it is the motorcycle’s central system.

The Jetprime programmable control unit is an add-on module used to modify or fine-tune engine management. In practice, the Jetprime control unit acts as an intelligent intermediary between the OEM unit and the injectors in order to precisely manage the air/fuel ratio.

This results in a sharper engine response, better use of torque and a smoother, more consistent rise in rpm, while maintaining high reliability.

Specifications of the Jetprime programmable control unit

The Jetprime additional ECU unit is plug-and-play. It is supplied with a model-specific wiring harness for the motorcycles listed as compatible, and installation is fully reversible. This Jetprime product is intended exclusively for sporting use on a closed circuit.

No permanent modification is made to the OEM wiring harness or ECU, so you can return to the original configuration at any time.

Air/fuel ratio programming is carried out via PC using dedicated software.

Installation guide for the Jetprime additional ECU unit

To install a Jetprime additional ECU unit:

1. Identify the 1st cylinder: usually it is the first on the left when looking from the front.
2. Connect the Jetprime connector with the WHITE and BROWN wires to the 1st cylinder.
3. Locate the IAT sensor and connect the 2-pole cable by making a bridge connection as shown in the diagram on page 1.
4. Using the supplied T-Tap connector, connect the Jetprime to a 12V power source on the motorcycle.
