Jetprime JP ES 070 Rear Light Eliminator is a plug-and-play electronic motorcycle accessory that simulates the presence of the original tail light, allowing it to be removed without generating an error code in the ECU.
Jetprime motorcycle accessories are intended exclusively for sporting use on closed circuits.
Why is there an error code after removing the light?
The motorcycle measures electrical consumption, and if it no longer detects any resistance or load, it displays a fault on the dashboard. When you remove the tail light, the motorcycle often detects an electrical anomaly, which triggers a message or warning light on the dashboard. It may then sometimes remain stored in memory until it is cleared.
When you disconnect the tail light, it assumes the bulb has blown or that the circuit is open. To avoid the error, Jetprime recommends using an electronic bypass for track use.
