Technical advantages of Jetprime switchgears

Each Jetprime switchgear is interchangeable with the original controls and can be installed on the handlebar of any compatible motorcycle without major modification thanks to Plug & Play connectors. The switchgears may integrate controls such as high beam and, optionally, left indicator, hazard lights, passing lights, right indicator and horn. Each control panel is made from 7075 aluminum alloy, CNC machined and laser engraved. The switches comply with IP67 standards, ensuring water resistance and 1 million fatigue resistance cycles. This switchgear is wired with a RAYCHEM 105° cable and sealed with RAYCHEM S1125 resin.

How to install a Jetprime motorcycle switchgear?

The Jetprime switchgear is a Plug&Play product; no modification to the motorcycle is required:

1. Make sure the ignition is switched off

2. Disconnect and remove the original switchgear (refer to the manufacturer’s workshop manual)

3. Remove the mounting screws and the brake master cylinder bracket

4. Install the Jetprime switchgear on the handlebar using the supplied screws and tighten to 10 Nm

5. Connect the wiring harness to the original connectors
