NGK Iridium spark plugs

This NGK Iridium spark plug is an NGK motorbike spark plug that has been developed to meet the specifications of the manufacturers and the increasingly stringent anti-pollution standards.
You will notice an improvement in acceleration when using this NGK Iridium spark plug, but also an easier cold start and a fuel saving of about 5%.
NGK Iridium spark plugs are available for a wide range of vehicles.

As shown in the diagram below, the centre electrode tip of this NGK Iridium spark plug is made of the precious metal iridium. The thinness of this electrode (0.6mm in Iridium instead of 2.5mm in nickel) and the bevelled shape of the ground electrode allow for greater flame propagation than a standard NGK spark plug.
This eliminates carbon deposits and ensures that the performance of your NGK Iridium spark plug is maintained over time.
The use of Iridium ensures a service life that is 2.5 times longer than that of conventional spark plugs.
