Advice on using K&N Air Filter Cleaner 946 ml
Using any other cleaning product will void the warranty on the air filter, and will almost certainly damage the cotton material.
K&N Power Kleen Cleaner" dissolves dirt and old oil build-up and can be rinsed out with water. It is so effective in cleaning grease and soot that it can be used as a powerful degreaser. Please refer to the instructions on the back of the bottle.
You can use the cleaner to dissolve the dirt accumulated in your filter, and then wash it with water. After that, let it dry completely, then use the grease spray on it before reassembling it on the bike.
ATTENTION: Do not use on polished or anodised aluminium.
