Assembly instructions for silicone hoses:
Make sure the motorcycle is cool then release all pressure, finally drain the system, identify all the hoses with those fitted to the motorcycle then remove and replace them one at a time.
Make sure the hoses are the right way round and that they don't freeze or dirty other parts. Tighten the clamps to 3 to 3.5 Nm. Fill the system with the specified coolant mixture and bleed the system according to the manufacturer's instructions, if in doubt consult a professional to perform the installation.
