Flashing M.Blaze Pin Motogadget

This particular LED flasher, featuring patented TranzLight® technology, passes the light from the high-performance LED through a transparent glass body. This innovative approach turns the glass body itself into a flasher. Switched off, the mo.blaze pin is almost invisible, but when it's switched on, it diffuses light from all sides, providing extra visibility and safety.

Thanks to Motogadget's TranzLight-Technology® (TLT, patent pending), the transparent body of the flasher itself becomes a means of illumination. TranzLight-Technology® makes intelligent use of the total reflection of light waves. This progressive development approach goes beyond the simple miniaturisation of flasher housings, shaping the light directly onto a crystalline glass body. Only precise optical CAD calculations and state-of-the-art manufacturing processes make this new design and its function possible.

The luminous flux required for the TranzLight principle is generated by the intensiLED® process developed by motogadget and consists of three important pillars:

- Specially selected high-performance LEDs with maximum efficiency and a total output of 3 W and a service life of over 50,000 h, converted in line with the company's philosophy
- IC-controlled constant current source clocked at 330 kHz
- Special collimator optics, which precisely couple the wide-scattering LED light into the glass body

A major advantage of TranzLight technology is the increased safety provided by the improved visibility of the flashing signal. The light is emitted at an angle of almost 180° and is therefore visible from the front, rear and sides.

The fastening link is mechanically decoupled from the fastening wire by means of a flexible absorber and is therefore protected against vibration and mechanical effects. The flasher can be used like any conventional LED flasher with load resistors or any of our load-independent flasher relays (m.flash, m.wave, m.stop, m.relay +).
