Packages are generally dispatched within 48 hours after receipt of payment.
To send your package, you have the choice when placing your order: DPD Predict (home delivery on appointment), DPD Pick Up (Point relais), La Poste, TNT Express (Relais, Domicile, BtoB), DPD BtoB, DPD International, UPS International, La Poste lettre suivie.
As soon as your order has been dispatched, we will send you an e-mail with a link that will allow you to track the delivery of your package online.
Shipping costs include packaging, handling and postage. They may contain a fixed part and a variable part depending on the price or weight of your order.
We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two separate orders. You will have to pay the shipping costs for each of them.
Special care is taken with packages containing fragile products.
All items leave our warehouses within 48 working hours after payment has been confirmed.
Any item received damaged must be reported in the presence of the carrier, otherwise no insurance can be taken out. Likewise, it is the buyer's responsibility to report any damage, deterioration or hidden defect in the delivery within 3 days of receiving the goods. If the buyer does not notify us within this 3-day period, the seller may refuse to return the goods. Once the notification has been made to us, the buyer has 14 days to return the product in question. After this period, the seller reserves the right to refuse the return.
