The SmartMoto SAS valve removal kit with block-off plates is the complete solution for permanently removing your motorcycle's secondary air injection system (SAS). Designed for riders fitting an aftermarket exhaust, this kit fully replaces the original SAS system and allows all associated components to be removed without compromising reliability.

The secondary air injection system (SAS) was originally designed to send fresh air from the airbox into the exhaust system in order to burn unburnt fuel residue and reduce emissions with the original exhaust. The problem is that once an aftermarket performance exhaust is installed, this same system can cause mechanical issues such as popping during deceleration, backfiring and unstable fuel tuning.

Manufactured in-house using SmartMoto CNC machines, the block-off plates offer a high-quality finish and outstanding durability.

Combined with SmartMoto's complete kits, they include all the required components, including the valve, SAS covers and associated hose, in one ready-to-install package.
