Main features of the SSB-017 HONDA side stand switch eliminator
- Easily removes the side stand switch without modifying the wiring harness.
- Allows the side stand to be removed for racing or off-road use and quickly reinstalled when the motorcycle needs to be used on the road again.
- Replaces a faulty side stand switch.
This kit is intended exclusively for competition use on closed circuits.
For safety reasons, motorcycle manufacturers install a switch that cuts the ignition when the side stand is lowered and a gear is engaged. As a result, removing the switch for off-road or track use makes the motorcycle unusable.
