Gauge for measuring the wear on your drive chain. It's a quick and easy way to check the elongation rate of your motorbike chain, up to 2%. This allows you to determine whether the chain is still in good condition or whether it needs replacing. An excessively worn chain can lead to loss of performance, poor transmission of power from the engine to the rear wheel, and even damage to other transmission components. Your transmission chain should normally be replaced after 1% elongation.

You can also measure the tension of your chain using the scales on this tool. The central scale (0 to 60 mm) can be used to measure and adjust chain slack.

This aluminium measuring gauge is suitable for 420, 428, 520, 525 and 530 chains. It's an essential motorbike tool for monitoring the condition of your chain and ensuring safe, optimum motorbike operation.
