The Bardahl Blue Silicone Gasket is a sealing paste specially designed to replace gaskets in diesel engines, including the oil pan, timing system, rocker cover, injection pump, gearbox, and turbo. Thanks to its high resistance to strong pressures and vibrations, this gasket remains flexible and elastic while perfectly leveling surfaces. It withstands synthetic oils, extreme temperatures from -50°C to +250°C, and offers excellent resistance to chemical agents.

Compatible with ATF oils for automatic transmissions, the blue silicone gasket can be applied to metal, plastic, glass, wood, and painted surfaces, ensuring durable and reliable sealing. Its formulation allows quick drying, making it ideal for applications on housings, water-based systems, and all types of joints.

Shelf life: 1 year.

Instructions for use of Bardahl Blue Silicone Gasket

Use on a clean and dry surface.
Apply an even bead of gasket.
Wait 5 minutes before assembling the parts.
Drying time: about 15 to 20 minutes.
Maximum storage period: 12 months at room temperature.
