With the Motogadget Harley-Davidson PLUG N PLAY connection unit, simply connect the supplied connector to the H-D™ Sportster™ wiring harness on models from 2004 onwards equipped with MOLEX connectors (XL MOLEX), plug the connector into the terminal block of the mo.can J1850, and you are ready to go.

Warning: not compatible with Harley-Davidson™ models equipped with the H-D LAN network, such as Softail™ models from 2011 onwards, all Rocker™ models, Dyna™ models from 2012 onwards, Sportster™ XL models from 2014 onwards and all models with the instrument panel located on the upper fork yoke.

How to use the Motogadget PLUG N PLAY connection unit

The mo.can J1850 is a digital adapter designed for the hassle-free connection of our instruments and indicator lights to the original wiring harness.

No soldering or crimping is required. The wiring harness remains undamaged and the warranty is maintained. The appropriate connectors for connecting to the original wiring harness are supplied according to the selected model.

You will receive the specific connectors required for connection to the original wiring harness. Simply connect the wires from the instrument, the indicator lights and the supplied connector to the screw terminals of the mo.can J1850. Then plug this side of the connector into the model-specific connector on your motorcycle, and you are ready to ride. Virtually plug and play, it could not be easier.
