Features of the Jetprime Suzuki airbox cover

This airbox cover acts directly on the way the engine breathes. On the original component, the air inlet is deliberately restricted to meet noise requirements, regulations, and overall versatility. This limits the available airflow, especially when the engine is under load at mid and high rpm. Thanks to an enlarged air intake, this cover allows the engine to draw in a greater volume of air with less restriction.

Its internal shape is designed to accelerate and channel the incoming air, improving the speed and consistency of the flow toward the throttle bodies and the airbox.

In practical terms, this improved intake efficiency helps the engine fill with air more quickly, promoting more responsive combustion. The rider then feels a more immediate throttle response, a stronger pull through the rev range and, in many cases, an overall performance gain, without modifying the engine’s internal components.
