This brake bleeder allows quick and easy bleeding of brake and clutch systems by a single person. The brake fluid flows directly into the recovery tank during bleeding, ensuring a clean working area.

Thanks to the rigid hose, it is also possible to extract old brake fluid from the reservoir.

How to use the BGS pneumatic suction brake bleeder?

1. Connect the brake bleeder to a compressed air system. Note: do not press the brake pedal during the bleeding process.

2. Connect the bleeding adapter to the bleed screw on the brake caliper or wheel cylinder, then slightly loosen the bleed screw. Note: loosening it too much may cause air to be sucked in through the bleed screw thread, while insufficient loosening may prevent or restrict the flow of brake fluid.

3. By operating the trigger on the bleeder, a vacuum is created and the brake fluid flows into the recovery tank. Note: on vehicles equipped with a load-sensitive rear brake system, the brake fluid may not flow or may flow poorly. In this case, please follow the vehicle manufacturer’s recommendations.

4. When the brake fluid flows without bubbles through the transparent hose, tighten the bleed screw and remove the adapter.

5. Repeat the same operation on each brake caliper or wheel cylinder. Note: during the entire bleeding process, there must always be enough brake fluid in the reservoir, otherwise air will be sucked in and the bleeding process will have to be repeated.

6. After bleeding, check the brake fluid level in the reservoir and top up if necessary. Close the reservoir and check all bleed screws for leaks.
