Akrapovic slip-on silencer for KAWASAKI Ninja 500 24 / Z 500 24. Titanium silencer with a surface coating that strengthens it and ensures its longevity. During the design phase, engineers focused on reducing weight compared to the standard OEM part (32%, or 1.3 kg), on a deep sound, on throttle response and on aesthetics. High-quality titanium outer silencer casing, carbon fiber end cap as a finish and high-quality stainless steel link pipe, inner pipe and heat shield. Comparison tests with a standard OEM exhaust carried out on an Akrapovic test bench revealed an increase of 0.3 kW (0.4 hp) in power at 8,750 rpm and 0.3 Nm in torque at 5,000 rpm. Quick installation, without changing the mapping.
