You must charge your battery with a charger for at least 1 hour before first use or drive at least 30km once the battery is mounted.
For wintering, you will need a charge holder which can also be used as a battery charger for the first use. You can find our entire range of accessories for this article.
Expert Opinion
If you don't intend to use it straight away, you will need to charge it once a month or you will lose 20% of its capacity and 30% of its life. Completely discharged for more than a month, the deterioration of the battery is irreversible.
IMPORTANT: If this first charge is not carried out (or is carried out with an inappropriate charger), the battery will lose 20% of its nominal capacity and 30% of its life.
